Booking - FAQ
How do I book balloon decorations with BalloonzUK?
Booking is simple, just fill out the enquiry form or message me via WhatsApp. I’ll discuss your event, design ideas and provide a tailored quote. Once you’re happy, I’ll secure your date and handle the rest.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Ideally 6 weeks in advance, but I will always try to accommodate last-minute enquiries where I can.

What type of events do you cover?
I provide balloon décor for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, gender reveals, corporate events, brand launches and more. Whether it’s a small celebration or a large-scale event, I design displays to suit the occasion.
Locations
Where do you provide balloon decorations?
I am based in Derby and I cover the surrounding areas including Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. I also travel further across the UK depending on the event. Just get in touch to check availability.
Practical information - FAQ
Can you match my theme or brand colours?
Absolutely, I specialise in colour matching and themed designs. Whether it’s a wedding colour palette or a corporate brand, I’ll ensure everything ties together perfectly.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event. Full details will be provided during the booking process.
Do you set up and take down the decorations?
Yes, I handle full delivery, setup and (if required) collection after your event. This means you can relax and enjoy your day without worrying about a thing.
How long do balloon decorations last?
My balloon displays are designed to last throughout your event and often much longer, depending on the setup and environment. I use high-quality materials to ensure the best possible finish and longevity.
What happens if I need to change my booking?
I understand that plans can change. I’ll always do my best to accommodate changes where possible. Just let me know as early as you can.
